Over the last two decades, Randall and Becky have served in a variety of ministry settings and have faithfully served on staff at churches through numerous pastoral transitions and leadership changes. Through these experiences, they developed a deep passion for helping congregations navigate seasons of uncertainty with wisdom, stability, and hope. Their journey into transitional leadership grew naturally out of a desire to support churches in discovering renewed vision, healthy leadership, and clarity for the future. Randall and Becky have also received training through the Transitional Leadership Network, equipping them with practical tools and proven processes to guide churches effectively through seasons of transition and renewal.
